- System Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your hardware, software, and network infrastructure meet the minimum requirements to use the POS System effectively. Pixzarloop Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues arising from incompatible or insufficient system configurations.
- Supply and Installation
- Contract start date is considered to be the day of advance payment and the product will be configured and delivered within 24 hours with taking maximum 3 working days for the hardware accessories to be delivered to you.
- POS system is exclusively provided as a shared hosting service by Pixzarloop Pvt Ltd as a subdomain under the pixzarpos.com and is not intended for use on personal domains and hosting.
- Pixzarloop Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for the safe keeping of hardware accessories which it has taken for installation or onto your premises but which have not been installed and or paid for, and you shall be liable to insure such hardware accessories at your own expense.
- Additional hardware or software required to connect items contained within this contract / order to your own / existing hardware or software will be at your cost for labour time and parts.
- If the contract contains items such as computers that have third party software installed and in particular Microsoft ® Windows ® operating systems, then you are deemed to have good knowledge of these product(s).
- If the word "working day" is expressed as a period of time in terms of activities to be performed by Pixzarloop Pvt Ltd and it should be understood as a period of time no greater than seven hours and within the time period of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday except calendar holidays.
- The supply of any manuals, packaging or transport material is at the discretion of Pixzarloop Pvt Ltd.
